PRIVACY POLICY:

Your personal information will never be shared, rented, sold or otherwise released to any third party.  We do not provide registration options, so do not record or store your user behaviour/preferences.  The primary use of the limited personal information collected on our site is for providing email responses to requests for specific or generic information, with additional contact details as required in the case of a purchase of our services to enable processing of an invoice or statement.  All payments are handled through a separate secure SSL server (https://...) and transaction details are not stored on our site.

While reasonable measures are taken to maintain the security of this site, we will not be responsible for any damages you may suffer as a result of transmitting or receiving confidential information via the internet.

All rights including copyright of information and materials on TransCanada Tourism, including the HTML code and any other code used to generate any portion of this site, belong to TransCanada Tourism.  All rights, including copyright, in any information (including articles and other content) linked to from but not hosted on TransCanada Tourism continue to be owned by their respective owners.

TransCanada Tourism does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, suitability or viewpoints of the information provided at such sites.  TransCanada Tourism does not endorse or recommend any of the operators, products, events, services or facilities that may be listed on such sites, and any reliance by you on such listings shall be at your sole risk.

The information and core directory entries provided on this site are supplied as a free public service. Certain special options (Featured Participant section display ads, permalink pages, development/video hosting etc.) may be subject to a nominal fee for the individuals or organizations requesting such enhancements.

We respect the copyright interests of others and we do not permit unauthorized material known by us to infringe upon another party's copyright to remain on our site(s).  To notify us of alleged copyright or trademark infringement please provide us with email advice that contains contact and authority details of the individual or organization making the claim and identification of the copyrighted work that is claimed to be infringing.
